Kettlebell Basics is designed for kettlebell beginners who want to feel strong inside and out. The 3-phased approach is designed to establish a strong technical and physical base to allow you to get better with kettlebells and reconnect with your strength without diets or excessive cardio.

THREE PHASES TO KETTLEBELL BASICS:

PHASE 1: CRAWL

Set the foundations to make kettlebell training work for you.

New to bells? Recovering from injury?

Focus on marches, carries, planks and deadlifts, you will chose your weights based on how you feel.

The focus here is to learn how to create full body tension, get comfortable holding the kettlebell and of course priming our movement patterns like, hinge, squat, lunge.


PHASE 2: WALK

During the second phase of the Kettlebell Basics program we will continue to train 2-3 days per week. Now let's see you swing that bell, practice cleans, press, squat and also start to practice the get up!

Now that we have spent 4 weeks getting prepared now it’s time to focus on applying those tension techniques to foundational kettlebell exercises.


PHASE 3: RUN

Here we go! let's add slight pepper! This phase adds one arm swings, more TGU fun +++ all the basics. If you want to make it really spicy add some load and go ahead double up your bells!

Throughout the program you have had the option of choosing weights that are right for you. In this phase the volume is up but it’s up to you on how spicy you’d like to make it.
